Whilst touring Nottingham and the East Midlands in a motorhome, why not take a trip to the Galleries of Justice in the heart of Nottingham city.
There are may exciting exhibitions on display at the museum and visitors can learn more about crime and punishment history in the UK.
The museum is situated in the historic Lace Market region of Nottingham city centre which dates back to 600AD when it was a Saxon settlement. Caves originating from this time are thought to be the beginnings of the first prisons.
The Galleries of Justice offer much more than just a history lesson, there are many exciting, engrossing and ever so slightly gruesome exhibitions and performances.
There are several well serviced park and ride services around Nottingham city centre making it even easier to explore without the worry over parking and driving in the city itself.
